Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BIELY website and the BIELY food delivery marketplace (together, the "Service"), operated by BIELY Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

If you use the BIELY marketplace as a customer, restaurant or rider, additional role-specific terms and policies (including our Privacy Policy) also apply.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your account secure.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, or in a way that harms other users, partners or the Service.

Orders placed through the marketplace are fulfilled by restaurants and independent delivery riders. Prices, fees and delivery zones are determined by the marketplace and shown before you confirm an order.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number or Mobile Money PIN.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We work to fulfil every order, but we are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Restaurants and riders on the marketplace are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including food-safety, licensing and vehicle requirements, and for the accuracy of the information they provide.

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, our compliance requirements or applicable law.

The BIELY name, logo, software and content are owned by BIELY Technologies. You may not copy, redistribute or misuse our brand or platform without permission.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version here and update the date below. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
